The questions every buyer asks.
-
What exactly am I buying for EUR 999?
30 days of work on one customer profile and one offer, a report every week, a final report and the guarantee. The replies and the calls are on our side. The sale is yours, because you run the conversation.
-
Where do you get the contacts to decision-makers?
From our own resources, built and verified over years. Every contact has a basis for commercial contact and is verified before use: the company exists, the contact is current, the person holds that role. What those resources consist of, and where they come from, is our know-how and we do not describe it on the website. The contacts from the test stay with you.
-
On what basis do you contact companies that do not know me?
Where a contact has consented to commercial contact, we rely on that consent. The first contact is a request for a conversation, not a sales offer. Any recipient can decline in a single word and goes on an exclusion list covering everything we do. The legal basis, and who the data controller is, are set out in the test contract together with the data processing agreement (DPA).
-
Who runs the conversation with the customer, and what if the customer does not turn up?
You or your salesperson run the sales conversation. We hand over the time, the note and the contact history. We remind the customer before the call. If they still do not turn up, we do not count that call and we book it again. Under the "per call" option you do not pay for it.
-
Is my brand safe?
We appear on your behalf and only with the text you approved. Companies you do not want in the process go on an exclusion list, and any recipient can decline in a single word. How we technically reach decision-makers is something we do not describe: that is our know-how. You see and settle the result.
-
Which countries and languages do you work in?
Poland, plus Germany, Czechia, Slovakia, Austria, Italy, France, Spain and the Netherlands. Seven languages as standard: Polish, German, Czech, Slovak, Italian, French, Spanish. Dutch comes with the additional-market add-on. The test covers one market and one language of your choice, including outside Poland.
-
You promise new customers, but you are paid for replies and meetings. How do the two fit together?
Revenue is the point, so we name it, instead of pretending that a meeting is a result in itself. Replies and meetings with decision-makers are on us: in the numbers in the report and in the money-back guarantee. You sell on them, because you know your product, your prices and your terms. We do not promise a revenue figure, because we do not run the meeting and we do not issue your invoices; we promise what we control, and that is all we charge for.
-
Who owns the data created in the test?
Yours. The contacts, replies and notes from the test stay with you and you receive them in the final report. The data controller, the scope of processing and the way it is carried out are set out in the test contract together with the data processing agreement (DPA).
-
What do you count as a “qualified meeting”?
A meeting with a decision-maker from your customer profile, with a confirmed time, that took place. No-shows do not count. In the test we count “qualified replies”: a reply from a decision-maker who wants to talk about your product. The definitions are in the contract, not in our heads.
-
How exactly does the money-back guarantee work?
Fewer than 3 qualified replies in 30 days = 100% refund. If the final report after 30 days of the test shows fewer than 3 qualified replies, we refund 100% of the price of the test. A qualified reply is a reply from a decision-maker within the agreed customer profile who wants to talk about your product; auto-replies, “no, thank you” and replies from outside the profile do not count towards 3. The guarantee applies to a test carried out as agreed on day 1 and day 5: profile and offer agreed, content approved by you. We guarantee what we are responsible for: replies and meetings. The sale on them is yours, because you run the meeting. The refund deadline and the definitions go into the contract, not into the small print.
-
How quickly do we start?
You get the test offer with the price and the start date on the same day you send the form, provided you fit the profile. The start is 7 days from the proforma. Before the start there are two working meetings: agreeing the profile and the offer, and approving the content.
Order the test. You get a one-page offer the same day.
Three questions: what you sell, who you sell it to, and what your average transaction is. If you fit the profile, we send the test offer with the price and the start date the same day. The start is 7 days from the proforma invoice. If you do not fit, we will say so plainly. Would you rather talk first? Pick a time, 15 minutes.
