At the start you pay the implementation price to Stripe, not to us. Stripe holds the money for 30 days in an escrow account — it does not reach our account, and meanwhile Silvano Sales works for your company.
The payment passes to us only if, during the test, you confirm the service was delivered — and then the subscription begins after 30 days. If you do not confirm after 30 days, Stripe automatically refunds your whole payment: no application, no need to write to us.
