Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services by Electronic Means

§ 1. General provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the website available at silvanos.ai (hereinafter: “the Service”) and the types and scope of services provided by electronic means, in accordance with the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means.
2. The service provider is Silvanos Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Zielona Góra, ul. Kazimierza Wielkiego 7/5, 65-047 Zielona Góra, KRS 0000894596, NIP 9731077051, REGON 388648447, e-mail: info@silvanos.ai (hereinafter: “the Service Provider”).
§ 2. Types and scope of services
The Service Provider provides the following services by electronic means free of charge: (a) making available informational content about the Service Provider’s activities and offering, (b) a contact form enabling the submission of an enquiry. The Service is informational in nature — the content of the Service does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract (Art. 71 of the Civil Code).
§ 3. Technical requirements
To use the Service, a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled is sufficient and, in order to use the form, an active e-mail address.
§ 4. Rules of use
Users are prohibited from submitting unlawful content, including using the form to send spam or content infringing the rights of third parties. The Service Provider may leave messages that violate this prohibition unanswered.
§ 5. Personal data
The rules on the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.
§ 6. Complaints
Complaints concerning the operation of the Service may be submitted to info@silvanos.ai. The Service Provider shall examine complaints within 14 days of receipt.
§ 7. Liability
The Service Provider endeavours to ensure that the content of the Service is up to date and reliable, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. The terms of specific commercial services are determined in each case in separate contracts or offers.
§ 8. Final provisions
The Service Provider may amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons (e.g. a change in legislation or an extension of the Service’s functionality); the current version is always available at silvanos.ai/regulamin. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law.
