What happens if it doesn't work for me?
You pay us nothing upfront. At the start you pay the implementation price to Stripe, which holds it for the whole test in an escrow account — not in our account. It reaches us only when, during the test, you confirm the service was delivered. If you do not confirm, after 30 days Stripe refunds your money automatically, with no application and no need to write to us. If you confirm, after 30 days the subscription begins. The risk of a failed test is on our side, not yours.

How much of my work does this take?
At the start you tell us whom you want to sell to and what you offer, and you approve the content that goes to the market on your behalf. After that, your work is decisions: about price, about terms, about whom you want to sell to. Everything in between is done by Silvano.

When will I see the first result?
You see the first replies from decision-makers in a live preview during the test, not in a report after it ends. The test lasts 30 days and in that time it is meant to show the result on which you confirm that the service was delivered.

I have several products and sell to several markets. Do I have to choose one?
No. We set the scope in a conversation before the start: we choose products, markets and languages according to where you have the best chance of new buyers. A company with several product categories is the norm for us, not the exception.

Will this work in my industry?
If you sell to companies and your offer can be presented in writing (product, terms, pricing rules), yes. The industry is not the criterion; what matters is whether there are decision-makers who buy what you have. If after the first conversation we decide you are not our client, we will say so plainly, before you commit to any payment.

Will my customers notice that it isn't my employee replying to them?
Silvano replies in your words: you approve the content before the start, and the decisions on price and terms stay yours. The customer gets a reply faster than today, and when they ask to speak to a human, we book them an appointment with you and pass you the history of the case.

Do I have to change the tools I use?
No. We connect the Silvano system to what you already use: email, CRM, calendar, spreadsheets, your sales system. Your team works as before, only with less to do.

What after the test? Am I locked in for long?
The test ends with your decision. You confirm that the service was delivered — you move to the subscription and the service keeps running without a break. You are not locked in for long: you can cancel the subscription at any time, with 30 days' notice — with no penalties and without giving a reason. You don't confirm — your payment comes back. In both cases the contacts, replies and cases from the test stay with you.
